The digital photo archive RESTMODERN.DE (founded in 2001), run by Oliver Elser and Andreas Muhs , documents the remainders of the post war modern era in Berlin. Within areas only marginally noticed by the public, regarding buildings of which the architects are long forgotten or have never become known, a surprising abundance of architectonic forms could be traced.
